Billing, renewals and PayPal payments

Annual subscription

You pay once for a full year through PayPal. Every tool is included and there are no credits.

When does it activate?

After PayPal confirms the payment to our servers. If PayPal is still reviewing the payment, the subscription shows as “Pending” and activates automatically once confirmed.

Renewal

Before your year ends we remind you in the app. You can renew for another year from the billing page; the time is added to your current end date.

Cancelling renewal

From the billing page choose Cancel renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Payment history

Every payment or refund appears in your payment history with its status.
